Come join us for a Free Online Meditation for Beginners webinar. In this session you will learn Isha Kriya, a simple yet potent 12-18 minute practice that can help you to become meditative effortlessly.

This meditation is designed to bring you clarity, health, and joy. In a research conducted by the Harvard Medical School, this meditation has proven to reduce tension, anger, fatigue, confusion, and depression.

The above practices do not require any previous experience with meditation and can be done sitting in a chair. Sessions will be conducted by a trained instructor, after which going online support will also be available.

Duration: 60 mins & Open to all aged 12+
